At Empower Studentz, we provide hands-on mentorship that helps teens grow in confidence, leadership, and real-life skills. Our programs are designed to support middle and high school students (ages 12–17) as they build focus, emotional strength, and self-awareness — both in and out of the classroom. Through mentorship, students feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Hi, I’m Marisha Brooks, MSW — the founder of Empower Studentz and a passionate advocate for youth development. With over 10 years of experience working with teens in community, school, and therapeutic settings, I’ve dedicated my life to helping students grow — academically, socially, and emotionally.

As a trained Youth Mentor and child therapist intern, I’ve seen firsthand the real challenges today’s students face — stress, confidence issues, identity struggles, and the pressure to succeed. My background in social work inspired me to create Empower Studentz: a supportive space where students build confidence, set goals, and develop life skills that last.
